How To Eliminate Stress in 10 Seconds.

This is a technique I learned from the book Healing Code, which I highly recommend. It’s a simple technique that allows you to eliminate stress in 10 seconds, literally. As you know, when you remove stress, you remove resistance, and when you remove resistance from your life, then you can use the law of attraction to attract more of what you want in your life. Let’s get into the technique.

First, you put your hands together in some kind of prayer-like position or whatever way is comfortable for you. The second thing you do is you evaluate the intensity of your stress on a scale of 0 to 10, 10 meaning you’re really, really stressed and 0 meaning you feel absolutely no stress at all. Then all you have to do is breathe in through the mouth and breathe out through the mouth. What you want to do is when you breathe is take deep breathes from the bottom of your abdomen and you do this for 10 seconds, and then you evaluate again the amount of stress you’re feeling. In most cases, your stress will be severely reduced in 10 seconds. You can use the technique a couple of times in a row to completely remove the stress from your body.

Why Am I Losing It?

Do you sometimes feel like you’re not yourself, as if you’re losing it? Have you noticed that these experiences are always followed by stress or anxiety or even panic attacks? Today I’d like to teach you something very interesting about the brain and about your energies.

In Chinese medicine there’s something called the Triple Warmer. The Triple Warmer is an energy system controls your fight or flight response. When you experience a trauma or experience something very, very stressful, the Triple Warmer will have three basic responses: Fight, flight, or freeze.
These experiences can be physical or emotional, but in general tend to be emotional experiences that cause the Triple Warmer to respond. When you’re in one of these stress responses, the body will generate chemicals in the body. In these moments or situations, you are physically unable to think clearly because these chemicals will cause you to feel one of three ways.
Sometimes you will get very, very angry, which is why sometimes people will yell at their children and they don’t know why.
Sometimes you can be put in a state of flight where you want to get away even though there’s no real physical threat.
Finally, sometimes the chemicals will freeze you, for examples when you see a politician on television and for a minute or so he won’t be able to say anything. This is because the chemicals in his body literally froze him.

So, the key is to know how to calm the Triple Warmer. There’s a sentence I love to use and it’s, “Fight, flight, freeze or calm the Triple Warmer.” The good news is there’s an easy way for you to do that, and all you have to do is to put one of the palms of your hand on your forehead and the other palm on the back of your head. Then, take a few deep breaths and hold that position for at least two minutes. You can do this while watching television; you can do this while lying down in your bed. What it does is it forces the blood to go back to your forebrain, and when the blood is back then the Triple Warmer relaxes and the stress response disappears.

You can then go a step further. If there are things that make you feel bad, for example when your boss or when your wife or your husband is yelling at you, once you’ve held this position for at least two minutes and you begin to feel relaxed, then you can think about stressful events, and because the blood stays on your forebrain it will knock off the stress response. This means that next time you go into the same situation you won’t feel the same stress because you’re slowly teaching your Triple Warmer to stop reacting when in fact there is no threat. I feel that someone must save me

hey.

Okay, to continue to answer your questions, another reader says, “I
feel that someone must save me and I want to wake up and say, oh
thank God it was just a bad dream, but it isn’t like this. It’s
true to my reality. That’s the way I want to learn the law of
attraction, is to be able to change that.” Now that’s something we
all felt at some point in our life, it’s just the subject of the
problem that will change. For some people it’s their health, for
other people it’s relationships, for some people it’s money.
There’s a couple things I want to say about this.

Number one, we all feel at some point that somebody would come and
save us, right? But the thing is, we are going to save ourselves.
I think most of you already know that. But then the question
becomes, how do you change the reality? How do you change
yourself? And this is when we go back to the basics, the one thing
that will always, always work, and that is to feel good now. More
specifically, if you’re feeling bad simply focus on finding relief
or feeling a little bit better. If you’re on your way to feeling
better, then always focus on feeling a little bit better.

Now, there’s a guy who sells a course that I’ve bought and I find
it interesting, but I’m not going to really talk about it until
I’ve tested it to be sure it’s really working. But one thing that
he says that I found he puts in better words than I do is, the only
thing that really works is incremental change, meaning we make
small changes. So the mistake that I make, when I feel bad and I
want to wake up and say this is a bad dream, is I want to change my
whole life in one big jump. I want to change my finances, my
health, my relationships, my whole life in one big jump. But the
trick is to go incremental, one step at a time. So what you can do
when you’re feeling bad and you want to change it is simply ask
yourself, what could be a little bit better in my life? Whatever
it is, just a little bit better. And then you take that little
dream or that little goal and you focus on that, and when you focus
on that, since it’s something you want and you believe you can
achieve, then instantly you’ll feel better.

The second thing I want to tell you is, from her question it seems
that she loses focus. There’s a lot of stuff going on in her life
so it’s hard to find focus. So here’s two things regarding focus.
Number one, when you’re confused, always focus on feeling good.
You can’t go wrong with that.

But the second thing is, you can find a chier aim. It is basically
one thing upon which you focus all of your energy. That way, even
if it’s chaotic in your life, you have a feeling of consistency and
a feeling of security and stability because you’re always focusing
on the same dream.

Self-Worth and the law of attraction

Today I got a question from M. She says, “I think our self-worth can be damaged when it is only based on fulfilling the needs of others. How do you see this?” I agree with her. The secret to the law of attraction is related to your ability to always feel good. When you feel good, you think about what you want. You attract in your life, or you create in your life, what you think about most of the time.

Now, if for you to be happy you need to make other people happy, then you will always fail because you have no control over other people’s feelings. Now, you may think that if you behave in a certain way it will make other people think the same, and it might true in the short term, but ultimately you are the only person that can make yourself happy. So if your self-worth is directly related to how other people see you, then you’re doomed because you have no control over how they feel and therefore you have no control over your life.

So to answer your question, I think that the best way for you to be able to help other people, the best way for you to allow people to be happy, is to become happy yourself first. The happier you are the more powerful you are and the more positive impact you can have on other people.

The Law of Attraction: Let’s get Results

So today I want to give you a specific drill, a specific technique
that you can use and I want you to use it and then email me back
your results. That way, we can start tweaking what you’re
experiencing so you can begin to get real results with the law of
attraction right now.

So here’s today’s technique. A couple of times during the day
today when you feel bad, I want you to take a sheet of paper,
divide the sheet of paper into two columns, and then on the right
hand column write what’s making you feel bad. For example, “I feel
fat,” or, “I don’t have the relationship that I want,” or, “I don’t
love myself,” or whatever it is. And then on the left side of the
column, write the opposite but in positive terms. So for example,
if I say, “I’m frustrated because I don’t make enough money,” then
it could become, “I’m so happy because I made a lot of money.” Or
if it’s, “I feel bad because I think I’m fat and ugly,” could
become, “I’m proud of myself and I love myself because I think I
look fantastic.” That’s the first thing you do.

Then what you do is you tear the sheet in two and crumple the right
hand side column up and throw it in the trashcan. Keep the left
hand side column and read it once or twice and then you can discard
it. But the idea of this exercise is, as soon as you feel bad or
really, really bad, this trains you to have the ability to identify
what makes you feel bad but then quickly flip it into what you
really want, getting rid of what you don’t want. You can then
begin to really focus on what you want.

So guys, I invite you to do this for a few days and then email me

interesting results you had, and from there we will build a new
discussion and I’ll give you other tricks to apply the law of
attraction.

The law of attraction and health.

Hi!

The law of attraction and health. I had two questions today. One of them was weird, and the other one was related to health. One person asked, for what organization do you work, and what’s your position in that group? I said, what group and what organization? And I don’t know really what she was referring to, but I’m not part of any groups. Sometimes I will recommend to you a book or a course, but it’s because I enjoy them. Whether your buy them or not is really up to you.

So let’s talk about health. The law of attraction and health is something that you can write hours and hours of information on, but I’ll try to be very simple. There is not one specific thought that you have to hold so that your body will heal, but the trick is to stop holding the thoughts that prevent you from being healthy. So for example, let’s say you’re always in fear of some ailment, of some health-related problem. So you’re always thinking about it. Well this is the thought that makes you feel bad. So it’s not necessarily that you have to see yourself getting healthier, although that is good, but what’s important is that you stop worrying about it. Now I’m not saying that you shouldn’t be doing anything to fix it, but at some point the key is to stop thinking about it, to stop worrying about it.

Now, one way you can do that is to let go, so every time the thought come into your mind, let it go. It will, after a while, begin to slowly and gradually remove the bad feelings related to that. But honestly, that could be very hard. There is one technique that I recommend which is called EFT, emotional freedom technique. And once again, I am not related to EFT, it’s just a technique that I believe in. You can just go on a search engine or YouTube and search EFT or emotional freedom technique and you will find videos and eBooks for free that you can use to learn EFT. That, to me, is one of the quickest and easiest ways to remove fear.

So if you’re always obsessed with the fear of a disease or anything else and you can’t seem to bring yourself to stop thinking about it, then by using EFT you will easily begin to remove the negative emotion of fear or anger or whatever it is that is related to that issue.

Today I received a question from somebody from Spain. In fact, there’s multiple questions and I’m going to address them all now. One thing she says is that she has recently started using a vision board. This is a very good technique.

A vision board is basically where you put pictures or clippings of things you want in your life on a board on your wall. The idea is to have these things always in your face. It could be pictures of cars, pictures of jewelry, pictures of exotic vacations or places you’d like to go. One fun thing you can do is let’s say for example you’d like to have a specific piece of clothing. You can easily, with Photoshop or a similar software program, remove the head of the person that’s in the picture and insert your head. The idea reasoning behind this is that when you look at the picture and you see yourself in the car or yourself at the beach, it has even more power than just seeing the items alone or with someone else’s face. Another thing you can do is a dream book. It’s basically the same thing, except you put the pictures or clippings in a book instead of on your wall. Just be sure to look at the book frequently. Why is this effective? It’s basically because it makes you focus on what you want, versus focusing on bad things like what’s in the mass media.

One thing that she said helped her turn her sad thoughts into more positive thoughts is that she meditates on joy and other good feelings. One simple meditation that you might want to do, although it’s not really a meditation but it’s very effective, is remember a time when you felt good. Take these feelings and throw them in your future. It can be feelings of joy, of power, whatever it is. But when you throw good feelings in the future, it programs your unconscious to bring more of these feelings in your life, and as you know, the law of attraction is feeling-based.

The third thing she says is she’d like to learn how to make money on the internet, but she doesn’t really know where to go because everywhere she looks it costs more money. Well, it’s a fact that it costs money to learn how to make a living on the internet, and that’s normal. If you go to school or college you have to pay to learn, so the internet is no different. I’m not going to elaborate on how to make money on the internet because this is a blog about self-improvement, but I will say, one of the best resources that I have found is called Site Build It. And the fourth thing she says is sometimes it is difficult to believe in herself because her self-worth has been mostly determined by other people, meaning the more she contributes to other people’s lives the more she feels worthy. One thing that I found is good is if you remember that you’re God or whatever you want to call it, which makes it hard to feel depressed or not good about yourself when you realize you are God or a parcel of God. The other thing you want to do is create charts. So for example,
if your ultimate goal is to make $10,000 a month, then you want to
take paper and a pen, or do this on your computer and print it off,
and stick it on the wall where you’ll see it all the time. Don’t
make the chart just a way of tracking how much money you’ve made
that month; you want to set it up so that you can reach the goal
set on the chart. So, for example, your ultimate goal is to make
$10,000, and at this moment you believe that you can make $1,000 a
month. You want to make a goal of $1,000 for that month’s chart.
Why? Because you need to be certain that you’re going to get it.

Once you reach the goal you set on your chart, it makes you feel
better and it makes it so you believe you can get your bigger
dreams, reach your ultimate goal, and that’s the key. You’re
taking small steps towards reaching your goal, and each time you
set a goal and reach it, you believe more and more that you can
reach your ultimate goal. You can only build on success.

So, yes, it’s small incremental steps, but the more you do this,
the more your ability to believe in your dreams will increase, and
then you’ll say, “Okay, next month I’ll make $5,000,” and you
really, really believe it and you feel good about it, and before
you know it, you’re going from $2,000 a month to $5,000 a month.

So in summary, you define what you want; you think about your goal
as if you already have it for at least one minute a day while
focusing on the emotions you will feel once you get it; you want to
give yourself a sub-goal, a next logical step that is big enough
that it excites you, yet it’s small enough that you’re certain
you’re going to get it; and you want to create a chart with a goal
every month that you truly believe you can reach. The law of
attraction is very, very simple. You define what you want, and
then you make sure that you feel good when you think about it, and
you’re certain that you’re going to get it.

So we’ve talked about the fact that if you want $10,000 a month, you need to know exactly what you’ll do with that amount of money. There’s a specific way you need to think about reaching this goal. When you think about the money you want to have, you have to think about it as if you already had it, and you have to think about it in very specific detail. So, you should be able to think about that first month of making $10,000 and know exactly, to the last penny, what you’re going to do with the money. And then on the second month when you get another $10,000, you should know exactly what you’ll do with it. So all day long, you’re thinking about what you’re going to do once you already have the money. You want to really focus on the way you’re going to feel when you have this money. So for at least one minute per day, you want to think about the money as if you already had it, and feel the feelings that you will feel once you have the money. Does that make sense?

After a while of doing this, something will come up in your head. Something will pop up, and that thing is going to be your next logical step. So the next logical step, what I call the sub-goal, is a goal between where you are right now and your ultimate goal, which in this example is to make $10,000 a month. So an example of a sub-goal in this situation would be to make $500 a month. Another example of a next logical step could be to start a business. At that point, you will focus all your energy on the next logical step. You will know it’s the next logical step because you will feel good when you think about it, and you will be 100% certain that you can get it.

So how do you know you’re using this formula correctly? When you take action towards making $10,000 a month and you will feel good about it, you’ll know you’re doing things correctly. If you’re taking action towards this goal and it feels bad or it’s frustrating, then you’ll know you’re not aligned. In the next article, we’ll talk about creating charts.
